These terms govern your use of the Orbil website and game. By using Orbil, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Using Orbil

Orbil is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may play and share your own results. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, scrape the site at scale, or copy and resell the game or its original content.

Maps and educational content

Country names, borders, capitals, flags, and other geographic information are provided for gameplay and general education. Maps simplify real-world geography and do not express a political position. Please report suspected errors to the contact address below.

Availability and warranties

Orbil is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Keystone Dynamics disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Privacy and advertising

The website may use analytics and advertising services as explained in the Privacy Policy. The native iPhone app does not contain advertising.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Orbil changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
